Aviagen Kft welcomes leading farmers into the Ross 420 and 450 Clubs

EDINBURGH, Scotland – Aviagen^® KFT proudly celebrates its Ross^® 308 customers in Slovenia, whose performance has placed them among Europe’s most accomplished poultry producers.

These achievements were recorded in 2025 and recognized at the annual meeting and awards ceremony for broiler growers. Aviagen Kft welcomed 24 entrants into the Ross 420 Club and two winners to the newly-launched Ross 450 Club. PIVKA Perutninarstvo d.d. & Jelenič Darko, obj.2 received the highest Ross 450 Club recognition, with an impressive EPEF of 467.

Honoring excellence, sharing knowledge

The event also provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience between Aviagen KFT representatives and attendees. Regional Technical Manager Dejan Bosanac delivered a presentation on “Winter Ventilation,” while Regional Commercial and Technical Manager Igor Zadravec presented on “Broiler Equipment According to Growing Capacity.”

Jasna Perc from Pivka Perutninarstvo d.d. said, “Our broiler farmers are dedicated to providing the birds with the best possible conditions for welfare and efficiencies. Their efforts are reflected in strong results, which we presented at the joint meeting of Pivka d.d. broiler growers at the end of March. The top performers received awards for truly enviable achievements.”
