EDINBURGH, Scotland – Across Europe and beyond, Aviagen® continues to recognize breeder customers who achieve exceptional results with their Ross® parent stock.
The Ross 162 Club is the latest addition to Aviagen’s performance recognition programs in Europe, designed to celebrate ongoing progress in flock productivity, welfare, and sustainability.
Aviagen Italia is now pleased to launch the Ross® 162 Club in Italy, honoring customers whose flocks surpass the impressive milestone of 162 chicks per hen housed (chicks/hh)—a benchmark that reflects both dedication and management excellence.
The first Ross 162 Club awards in Italy were recently presented by Emanuele D’Erasmo, Aviagen Technical Service Manager, and more customer presentations are in the pipeline.
“We’re proud of the continued achievements of our Italian customers, who consistently raise the bar for Ross 308 parent stock performance,” said Emanuele. “The Ross 162 Club gives us the opportunity to show our appreciation and reinforce our commitment to Breeding Success Together with our customers.”
Throughout the year, Emanuele will visit breeder farms across Italy to personally welcome new members into the Ross 162 Club, award farmers, and engage in knowledge-sharing conversations.
